Hello Samsung
I am not your regular customer but by wrongly i have to purchased a Television on July from Samsung Distributors in Delhi. I want to thankful to you that i realize the actual meaning of customer. There is some technical problem in that Television. I also sent my Television to customer care centre 3 to 4 times but there is no progress in my compliant. Now the warranty of the product has been expired but the problem is as same as earlier. So, i want to ask you that whats my fault in that. I think my fault is that i have to purchased your product. I want to say thank to you that you reliaze me that in future dont purchase your any product & dont beleive in your services.
