Automatic screen scrolling

I recently purchased an HCL Leaptop Series 38. I am a daily user of internet services.

Ever since I have bought the Laptop, I've been facing a queer problem of the Automatic Screen Scrolling. That is, the screen automatically scrolls down.

This makes the entire work on my lapto impossible and I need a wuick support for this.
