Not received replacement product

Hi,

I received the offer to receive a Numero Uno watch only by paying Rs. 499 as Cash On Delivery Order id-1004327051. I received the same on 12th April but the product was received as damaged. I immediately informed the customer care and got complaint ID#118097. I sent the same back by courier on 14th April and it was received by the company on 18th April'11 but till date despite numerous calls and emails, I have not received the replacement watch yet. Please help.
