We ordered Rs. 45000 worth of costume jewels and accessories. We paid the money in advance almost four months ago. They sent cheap quality jewels after two months and repeated phone calls. These are not the jewels or accessories that we ordered. We gave specific instructions with photographs and the place where to buy them.
We returned the junk back to the company in person and they promised to replace the items with the right jewelry that we ordered. It has been 6 weeks since and we are not getting any email or phone response from the company. We have sent several emails. They are screening the calls and not picking up our calls.
