Cheating Consumer by luring and providing incorrect deals

I have bought a deals and you voucher worth Rs. 3300 by paying 599 Rs for Aura Salon. Voucher says that I am eligible for following services;

* Glow Facial

* Eye Rejuvenation Treatment

* Spa Manicure or Spa Pedicure

* Foot Massage

* Back Massage

* Waxing Hands and Legs

* Hair Wash

* Blow Dry

Even today that offer can be seen on your site, but when I called for appointment, lady called Neelam at the parlour told me that they do not have this kind of an offer, they have some other offer.

How can you cheat customers by showing x deal and making them pay and then offer something else? I am upset that I had recommended your site even to my friends.
