Not providing ordedred products

Hi,

With reference to my order no : 184667 which I placed on 22nd July I called up today at the customer service no. and they were not able to provide with the dispatch details of the order. I feel like cheated by dealsandyou as I have given the enquiry after waiting for 21 working days as per your company policy.

This is a pathetic service experience I have ever experienced while online shopping.

Kindly update with me on this, if you have any information.

Your customer executive are not replying me any single information.
