I purchase a Fasttrack watch Model no.1235SM01 ON 29/07 from SGS Marketing Guwahati, but after a few days the colour faded and sometimes it stops working. Its not even an year but it has stopped working with its crown missing. Its quite an unexpactable product from a brand like Fasttrack. It has disappointed me a lot within the Year with its poor function. One more thing to be noted is the response of the Service Centre which didnot help me out from my problem. According to them my watch will not be repaired under warranty for the faded colour and missing crown. Is the color fading in three months is my fault? At the time of delivary I was told that it will be replaced under warranty if colour fades. But it was not so at the time of servicing. If it is so what the warranty stands for? And now I honestly request you to replace the product immediately. Because I dont have that much time to engage myself in a single issue. Otherwise unwillingly I shall have to go to the Consumer Forum.
