I have bought medicine for weight loss named BIOCAPTOL (New) against invoice No. 372940 . At that time I was committed by company sales people that if there is no weight loss you will get full refund. As there was no weight loss. I have requested for refund, following the procedure, I have sent the original copy of invoice & empty bottles back thru Currier.
