Indiatimes, Bright Forever 3 Piece Nazar Raksha Kawach Slicer Dicer
Product Returned- Non receipt of amount paid

I placed an order with Indiatimes shopping (order no. 112095267) for - Bright Forever 3 Piece Nazar Raksha Kawach Slicer Dicer. I paid the amount through credit card. However, instead of 3 piece NRK only one piece was included

that too not as per the qulity advertised. After a number of teleconversations, as directed, all the product was returned by courier to the merchant (TVC Skyshop)

and Indiatimes was requested to refund Rs. 2690/- plus Rs. 100/- courier charges.

Neither the amount has been refunded nor they are responding to my mail. Pls help.
