Horrible services at Jayanagar Outlet..
I'd taken some coupons for redemption. The representatives there said that they were not accepting those coupons for the services I had asked for where as the coupons stated otherwise! They were simply tryin to avoid me from redeeming the coupons!
The next time called up for an appointment for a service and said that I'll be redeeming my coupon.. they bluntly said that the Hair Dresser was not there etc.. What kind of a Customer service do they give..?? I Dont really understand??
The Facility as such is not Hygienic ..! Please avoid going to this outlet!!
