I want to make a complaint against the unprofessional behaviour against inspirations slimming and beauty clinic pune. This is to bring to you notice that they have been flooding our mobile with messages that are so untrue of their schemes and offers and discounts.
On receiving their message on Saturday 17th April about winning a gift voucher of Rs 500, I called them on the numbers given to contact by them. To my surprise there was a lady who answered the call on the mobile number :09730279996, who asked me my name and area and said that the concerned person from that particular area would call me within 2 days, on asking the respectable lady who I was talking to, the answer just shocked me, it was " thats none of your concern to know my name"... I was dumstruck, as requested her as I wanted to know how I could avail the offer, so the respectable lady at inspirations simply said " dont you understand when I told you once, they will call you.." as I told the lady since I got a sms from you I called back and wanted to know how I could avail the offer and the persons name whom I talk to for reference, the respectable lady simply replied " that is none of your business, mind your own business"... OUCH!!!
This was the most awful experience that I received in my entire life... so unehtical...
I called up at a land line number I got from Justdial for the clinic situated at MG road, and requested for the directors of the Pune or managers contact number, to which I got an answer that we cannot share the number but, DR Dipanshu is the head sales manager who will call you back, and I never received the callback..
This is entirely not done, and a strict action needs to be taken against this behaviour!!!
An oppology is also required please!!!
