Reluctance in refunding for a service not undertaken due to medical complication

Hi

I have been a customer of Kaya Skin Clinic for about 2 years now. Have used many of their services including IHRT, ILS, Peels etc.

Had opted for Laser Hair Removal in 2010. However have not been able to avail the service since I have been having multiple health problems.

Even the doctors in Kaya have agreed that the services cannot be performed under the administration of drugs I m taking. As a result I wanted a refund of the money paid for the package, since it is a huge sum and I cant take any service under my conditions.

However from the last 2 months, there have been multiple delays. Delays in setting up appointment with head doctor. Then every time the documents and file is not forwarded for consideration, computer is down, person is transferred... multiple excuses being provided!! After all this, request to transfer it to friends etc etc etc. I am tired of this delay in even beginning the processing of my request!!

This is the level of customer orientation and service provided!! And that too when my medical condition itself necessitates that I cannot take any treatments from them! Their own doctors think its unsuitable but they don't want to refund.. Do administrative people recognize the need of a patient better than a doctor? If this is a way of working capital management by them, it is extremely disappointing and unprofessional!

Need an immediate resolution to this.
