I have placed an online order for Olay cream on 15-Dec with 100bestbuy.com. I have received a confirmation email with the order 1224077, Tr# 43174553166. When I tracked the status of the order in Blue dart (link provided in the email), it shows the order has been already delivered on 26-Nov. How bizzarre it is!!! when I tried to track using the tracking number, it show that is invalid. I immediately sent an email to 100bestbuy bit no response. I tried to rach their customer care, not reachable any time. dropped a complaint and greeted with a promise to respond in 24 hours. that never happenned, Called up the same customer care, instead of choosing the customer care option, chose the sales option, spoke to one Avinash who eagerly noted down my number with the same promise but never happenned. I called up again today, he spoke nonsense and then disconnected.
Guys, i would advise the enthusiasts not to experince such misadventures. If you do, prepare for the worst. If your experience is good, dont be happy because the next time you may feel cheated. so beware!!!
