Whatever range they are having. Anything will not matter if they don't have respect of middle class people (I feel little insult from one of their representative while asking a que. regarding gold). And also if they don't guide customer.

I am having experience of a dimond ring which is worth of Rs. 26000/- on 13th Nov. 2009. First time I purchased to give surprise gift to my parents on their 25th anniveserty. My budget was of only Rs.15000/-. Though I manage anyhow just to have a good diamond ring. They were aware with this situation.

Now, what problem my mom is faceing in that is she is not at all able to wear that ring for a half day atleast. As its having many small diamonds, its directly loosing its shining due to dust problem (She is not roaming in wind after wearing it. She is just going to any occasion). She need to wash it at every 4 hours (If she wants to wear for 2 days also) else it doesn't look like a diamond ring. It's just look an old ordinary cheap ring, not looks evan gold ring.

Even they didn't guide me the disadvantage of this ring while purchasing it.

Note: Diamond ring is of VVS clarity.

Can you please guide me, now what can I do to get my 100% money back or 100% replacement?
