We have ordered for exercise machine ABCircle India Pro on 31/01 vide reference No-
74678721032055533979921 Cellnext Solutions Limite Rs. 8, 999.00 (DR).
They called us within 2 days of transaction and informed delivery will done in 4/5 days. After a lot of call back and follow up we received the delivery but the machine has to be fixed. There are missing material as:
Locking pin 1
Knee bowl lock tool 1
knee bowl screw 1
time mechine screws 2
we have been calling from 10 to 15 days on this no. 07503415327 but they are not even attending the call.
I am in other country and ordered the machine for my mother who is suffering from ill health. I have spent hard earned money online only for the reason that I can get the machine on priority but they fail atleast to react or attend the call.
