My name is GAURHAV A JAIN and I run a company called GAURHAV ENTERPRISES. I had booked a consignment of CFL bulbs through TCI – XPS services from Haridwar on 3rd March to be delivered in Hyderabad which takes 7 calendar days. We had contacted the transporter on 11th for the material, they said that the material has not yet come and kept the phone down. We again contacted them to find out about the material but they speak as if we are begging them. They are not aware where the material is. We have been trying to speak to the senior officials of the company but no one is giving us the correct contacts and names. They were not ready to listen to us and were not ready to even trace where the material is when we contacted their Gurgaon office by searching the details on internet on 13th. We had written to them for the help to trace material but all in vain. On 15th their General manager spoke to us and assured that she will search the material and inform in 2 days. Since then many are calling from their office and asking about the consignment details but none doing anything except saying we are deputing team to look into the matter and put a search team into place. Since then till date, there is no news and all are just calling and saying they need 2 days time. None of them are taking the matter serious and none of the senior person in the company is coming on the line. When we ask the name and number, they just give some number and some name which when called comes out to be irrelevant. Our supplier from Haridwar is also talking to the people but all in vain. They are also not getting any response and only pacifying.
We also trying to contact their Managing Director but we are not getting his contact details and neither the e-mail addresses.
Please help us get our material. We have lost big orders because we did not get the consignment. The docket number is 801776441 dtd 03 March. We want to make people aware of the kind of treatment they give to the common man and do not care to give service even though the customer calls them asks their material. I have even tried telling them that the material takes only 7 days, even then they are not thinking to check where the material is and give us the update. They still say they will tell when the material comes and shut the phone saying “how many times should we tell you material has not come” in a very rude manner. There is a lady on the counter who takes the phone and talks as if some beggar has come on her door step.
Today we have tried contacting their General Manager but she did not come on the line and when asked the Managing Director Number they are giving the incomplete number and neither connecting us to the proper person.
