Pathetic and irresponsible treatment which has damaged my skin

I have gone for the Delux Facial costs Rs 800. A/t her she used product of Selenite which is specially used for sensitive skin. She gauranteed me that It'll give a rich Look but my face is suffering from severe allergy causing burning sensation, itching, dryness and small pimples on my whole face. I am going under the treatment of Allergy and yet not healed properly. She refused to take charge of this blunder she has commited despite she has admitted this allergy is the outcome of the facial.
