Refusal to five reciept

Sir/Maam

The Beauty Salons operating in the area mentioned above are refusing to give receipt of various treatments given by them. In a recent conversation, when I asked for the same they refused. When I said that you must not be paying any income tax they said yes we dont pay and are not supposed to.

I was very angered and so thought should raise this issue. Please check any such salons operating in the area.

Also note that they all charge exorbitant rates as well and are making neat profits without paying the country any income tax.
