Non disclosure of the total cost of the neckless set

Had bought this 22k gold neckless set of 20 grams in 2002 from the Pendurkar Jewellers in Dadar (West) Mumbai,

Last month I had been to them for remaking of the same neckless with addtional 10 grams of 22k gold. the sales girl across the counter showed me a design & told us it would go upto 40 grams, to which we agree upon.

now at the time of delivery, they are charging us for 50 grams gold, for the same design on the neckless.

Today the gold charges have gone so high that people like us cannot afford to buy 10 grams of gold without any planning, just for the mistake of the sales girl there.

now that we are asking them to return our gold, & cancel the deal they are not even agreeing to it, as per them they will return the gold, but will not give any hallmark or any guarantee on the gold purity.

we feel cheated by them.

we are in need of a proper guidance from your team.
