Non receipt of blance amount of final payment towards policy No APS-313707L

Sir,

I am an ex-servicemen. Final payment of my PLI policy No APS-313707L released vide letter No APS-313707L/MC 1781/APS-7J dt 01 Dec but a sum of Rs 10, 000/- plus was deducted as last installment due in Sep 2009 was not received by PLI. Inspite of repeated reminders made vide my letter No 642539/US/Retired dt 05 May and 642539/US/Retired dt 25 Sep 2010 neither the payment of amount due to me nor any communication on the subject received so far. An early action is requested
