Grievence regarding ATM transaction

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing this grievence for my mother Smt. Indu Baraskar having

savings account number 00000030689158324 in State bank of India

Pathakhera branch (Dist. Betul, Madhya Pradesh), who had gone to make a

ATM withdrawal of Rs.15000/- from State bank of Indore ATM centre

adjacent to Trimurthi Nagar branch (branch code-30469), Khamla Road,

Nagpur on 01/10. But cash didn't came from ATM machine and

Rs.15, 000/- was deducted from my mother's account. On 05/10 a

written complaint was given to State Bank of Indore - Trimurthi Nagar

branch regarding this matter & they had checked the cash balance and

told that Rs.15, 000 was not given from ATM but amount was deducted from

account. On their advice my mother had given written complaint no.

3380531 on 26/10 to State bank of India Pathakhera branch (Dist.

Betul, Madhya Pradesh) where she is having the savings account. They had

assured that they will credit back the amount at the earliest. But

sighting no response from branch my mother had given a reminder of the

same complaint on 15/12 to branch manager of State bank of India

Pathakhera branch.

Sir, actually my father had expired one year ago & myself & mother are

in great distress. I am staying in Rajasthan & had to take care of my

ailing mother. These managers of State banks are shuttling us here &

there and giving us a lot of distress. I had already recurred lot of

expenses for going here & there with my mother. Even after six months

we are not getting the amount or any reply from bank coupled with bank

manager's ridiculous behaviour is making our life very much tough. Sir,

please please look into my matter as you are the only saviour for us.

We are really fed up with these state banks and are really thinking to

move over our fixed deposits and savings deposits to private banks who

will atleast behave properly with customers.
