Loss 500 rs from atm

Dear sir i used sbi atm card to dispanse cash rs 500 from sbi atm machine at jhagadiya but i didnt get cash and money was cridited from my account on date 25/01 i also submited an application to my account issuing branch but yet i have no recived money my ticket no is at 267548389 my account is with branch sbi ongc branch ankleshwar, gujarat so please do need full thing
