Money Has been Deducted Twice

I Am Roymon Raju. I am Wotking in Birla Sunlife Insurance PVT LTD.(H.O), Mittal Estate, near Sakinaka.

Today I had Gone To SBI ATM In mittal Estate to withdraw

some money. At First as i inserted my ATM card in the machine it asked my PIN code. after putting the PIN code. I pressed the Enter button to proceed forward. It asked me how much i wanted to withdraw and i entered the digit 200 and the machine got hanged after that a receipt came stating that " I am soory your request cannot be proceeded, and after that i cancelled the procedure and once again entered the amount 200 lukily that time i got the money but when receipt came out to my Shock i had noticed that the 200 which i have not got has been deducted from my A/C.

What service these banks are providing. pls look into the matter and refund may money.
