AUTO No. - AP 09 V 5954 - This auto's meter is digital meter but it is not working as per rules. It starts adding money from 0.8KM whereas as per Govt rules any digital auto meter has to add from 1.6KM till then the basic is Rs.12.
Please do the need full.
