Sir I purchased a maruti zen from auction of family credit limited with registration number MH 06 W 5544
Whereas when i approached RTO for registration details it was found that number was alloted to somebody else . then i approached your dealer and family credit limited it was found that dealer has not registered the car. as per family credit it is mentioned on the release order submited along the payment its dealers responsibility to register and hipothycate the car before delivery and as per RTO a dealer can not deliver the car either permanent or temporary registration and in this case trade certificate isseud by RTO should be canceled and manufacturer should take proper action against dealer. Now my requirement is my vehicle should be registered or I should get my money back
