Dear Sir,

I opted for policies above mentioned, these were declined by the company, then these were madeinto new documents without signatures, i did not receive the documents till Decm. however i stated reciving the preium payment letters. After applying for duplicate copies which i recieved on 4 Jan. Iapplied for refund of money. No refund nor any reply from the company.theabove said documents have not reached at the address. Hence it requested that policy amount be refunded as early as possible.
