I have aviva, s lifesaverpolicy anual premium 50000 I paid three years premium 150000 then i redy to pay fourtg year premium also. I got a letter to aviva in 30th november in my home to pay fourth year premium and the very next day 1st december i came to aviva, s kannur office to pay the fourthyear premium but the office staff staff look my policy number and said the policy is alredy autofloclosher so you cant pay the fourth year premium and your policy has been terminated you get only first year premium. MY policy is autofloclosher in21st nov the same date company send the letter to me to pay fourth year premium with in fifteendays. Aviva, s agent says to me to pay only 3rd year premium to pay in giving me the policy time. iam redy to pay future premium so kindly give chance to reinstate my polcy with soon.
