Rs.8000 deducted without receiving money

I tried to withdraw Rs.8000 from above ATM at 9.45PM on 13/7 but the money did not come. Then thinking that ATM might not be havung enough money I tried to withdraw Rs3000.but again money did not come out. When I checked balance Rs.8000 were deducted from my account.

My Debit Card no is 5497 5903 8800 of Canara Bank Daryaganj Delhi Branch.

My S.B account no is 0388118000175 of Canara Bank.

So it is requested to credit my account with Rs.8000 immediately
