WORST CUSTOMER SERVICES

I have taken a Home loan from Axis bank bangalore. I have been requesting a soft copy of my own EMI statement from last 1 month, to submit Tax investment proof. I have send repeated mails and reminders to [email protected], but no response till now. There is not even a working phone number provided for communication, always the AXIS bank number 080-22066000 will be busy/engaged.

The only branch available in bangalore is Jayanagar, Bangalore. These people expect customers to reach the bank for every request.

Finally, I am frustrated with this bank. In future, I never ever go with this bank for any loan and recommend my friends/relatives the same.
