NON RECEIPT OF RENEWAL DEBIT CARD

MYSELF BIPIN KUMAR CHOUDHURY, AN ACCOUNT HOLDER OF AXIS BANK, BERHAMPUR BRANCH. MY ACCOUNT NUMBER IS 212010100027256. MY DEBIT/ATM CARD EXPIRED ON 31ST MARCH.MY OLD DEBIT/ATM CARD NUMBER IS 5267012120001914. AFTER EXPIRY I IMMEDIATELY CONTACT THE CONCERNED OFFICER IN BRANCH. HE ASSURED ME THAT IT WILL REACH WITH IN A WEEK AT MY HOME ADDRESS. BUT AFTER SO MANY REMINDERS TO BRANCH, 28 DAYS PASSED I COULD NOT GET MY CARD TILL TODAY. AS PER RULE THE NEW CARD SHOULD REACH MINIMUM 15 DAYS BEFORE EXPIRY OF THE CARD. TODAY WHEN I ASKED AT BRANCH, THEY REPLIED MY CARD HAS BEEN DESPACHED ON 6TH APRIL TO MY HOME ADDRESS. BUT DUE TO NON RECEIPT OF MY CARD I COULD NOT MAKE ANY TRANSACTION AT ATM AND ALSO UNABLE TO PURCHASE AT MARCHENT ESTABLISHMENTS. SO KINDLY TAKE NESSARY STEPS IN THIS MATTER FOR WHICH I SHALL BE VERY GRATEFUL TO YOU. (BIPIN KUMAR CHOUDHURY, MOBILE NO-9337660924)
