DEBIT OF AMOUNT FROM ACCOUNT

On 23 Jan near about at 1400 hrs I (Vikas Bharti) use my Axix Bank ATM Debit card (A/c No.007010100241090) for withdraw Rupees 500/- from Axis Bank ATM situated at Axis Bank Branch, AM-196, Shalimar Bagh, New Delhi. I have not received any money from ATM Machine because on that time machine shows that your transaction is declined after that I called the security man from the branch. He told me that your money will not deducted from your account because the machine shows that your transction is declined. But after four days I just want to check that my money is not deducted from my account, I take mini statement from the Axis bank ATM of Jeevan Mala Hospital, Rohtak Road on 28 Jan and that shows the Rupees 500/- debited from my account on that day i.e. 23 Jan. It is requested that do the needful in favour of me. I am very grateful to you for kind consideration of my request.
