Unable to access my net banking account

Dear Sir,

I can't access my net banking account, I also submit a complaint form to solve out this problem in branch but noone didn't reply for this problem. I was submitted that complaint on 4 feb and they told me that they solve out this problem within 10 days. Please help me out.
