S 20 deducted for atm withdrawl

I am a customer of sbi agra.whenever i withdraw money frm atm of other banks like axis bank Rs 20 are deducted for every transaction right even from the first withdrawl in cotravention of rbi free atm access policy wherein five withdrawls are free.kindly issue necessary instructionns to the bank to make necessary updates in their software
