AXIS Bank sanctioned us a home loan on 10/08/05 of 21.5 lacs for purchasing the property and 11.5 lacs for the renovation of the same. We have been charged the monthly installment of Rs 26585/- from Sept. 05 to the bank regularly, the Pay orders were lying with bank for almost 15 months
Our Registry got delayed because of the housing loan manager of theAXISBank. When property seller came from Jodhpur specially for the registry (10/Mar/06), Bank was not ready to give the pay orders of Rs.1075000 favouring Mr. Virendra Pratap Oberoi, then after we managed the fund from market of Rs.25, 00, 000 and paid to Mr. Virendra Pratap Oberoi, Jodhpur on 30/7/06 . And finally registry was done on 15/12/06 (because of which we had to pay some more money to seller also). your finance manager never cooperated and coordinated with us during the registration process.
Also, Wanted to confirm that how can A bank senction a renovation loan till the plot is not registered. And they have put 4 lacs on hold because of the guaranter's PAN Card was not submitted by our relative's loan Account. WE have no relation with this issue.(That account has been closed also). But bank is Still charging interest on the same.
One of our partner Mrs. Namrata Vijay Rathi also took a H/loan from UTI Bank of Rs.35 lacs and due to Non-cooperative behaviour/harassment of the banker/consultant they (Mrs. Rathi) closed the loan account even after paying 10-11 installments. Without getting loan Amount Finally they took a loan from Dena Bank, Navlakha Branch, Indore for the same property.
