Withdraw of money from account without notice

Dear Sir/Madam,

I opened a savings account in AXIS Bank in 2002. I made the transactions till 2005. I left the minimum balance of Rs:500 in the account and did not close the account. Till 2009 there was no deductions made. In 2010 there were 2 major deductions being made. One of Rs 581 on 27/03 and another of Rs 750 in June. These deductions were made without any reason and without any prior notice given to me. This is Injustice made towards me. Please help me. My ATM card No. is:4902541060010067
