Respected Sir / Madam,

On 09th Dec a telephone was received from the AXIS Bank Miss. Merry from Credit card department (913364531634) by the undersigned stating that my name (i.e. Mr. Surendu Roy Axis Bank A/C no. 005010100586993) has been selected for getting AXIS Bank Gold Credit Card. On that time the undersigned requests Miss Merry for another Gold Credit Card in my brother’s name (i.e. Mr. Subhendu Roy, Axis Bank A/C no. 005010100587587) which she kindly agrees. An SMS send by Miss Merry on 10th Dec for bringing both of our Xerox documents from (919830551222) Necessary Voice conversation is attached herewith of the executive Mr. Abhishek Majumder (919836024466 & 918100724873) Address: Kolkata – 700 059 who rather came at my office for collecting both of ours documents.

But further verification in this regard is being made by your Head Office i.e. (Mumbai 912224192283 on 27-Dec-10 at 11:50 AM) in my name i.e. Mr. Surendu Roy, whereas no further enquiry in my brother’s name i.e. Mr. Subhendu Roy is doing by your branch.

This clearly indicates that you have no interest for getting my brother’s Axis Bank Gold Credit Card as promised by your staff.

Voice conversation with Mr. Abhishek is being attached for your ready reference.

Hence I am now not interested for the subject Credit Card being as I have been mislead by your staff.

Requesting you to take the necessary measures at the earliest and confirm the same.
