My Self Mukesh Kr. Rajpoot, I have an account in Axis Bank account No. 910010032319654 in Sector 18 Noida (UP) branch. I was lost my ATM Card on 25th Jan and I had launch my complaint regarding my ATM blocking on 27 Jan 11, and your executive saying that I got my new card within seven days. But still I m not getting my card.
Actually this account is my Salary account and I am also forward my request for address changing. So on 29th Jan 11 I make a request in Greator Noida branch for new ATM card and changing my address of residence. I submit my Personal Banking passbook of Punjab National Bank in that branch for change my personal/permanent address for communication.
11 day go I m not receive any ATM card and till my adders not change
In 5th Feb I make a call in my home branch and they tell me we are not receive any request from your end and Greator Noida Branch’s end. But that day Greator Noida branch’s executive tell me he was post my request after 5 hour. Then I make a call on your customer care and the executive telling me the ATM issuing time period is 10 to 12 days
Tell me who is right person and why your executive’s give wrong commitment to customer’s
Rs. 60/- also deducted from my Account so why anyone help me.
Please Tell me what should I do in this case
Without ATM card I m suffering without money. Because I can’t make purchasing with cheque.
