DEBIT FOR 1-TOUCH DEVICE

I am axis bank priority customer. i was applied for internet banking immediately when i have open the salary bank account in Axis bank. But due to not proper training of internet banking, i failed to register of mobile number in axis bank web site, due to their 12 / 10 digit system. Then i will click on 1-touch option by mistake. And thus the bank had direct debited Rs.800/900 to my salary account without intimation. In this matter I will sent mail two times to their customer care maid id, but they have not replied me. Still the bank are nither sent me the above device nor reverted my amount.

Please look in this matter and help me.
