Deduction of amount in debit card

I am surendra, in my savings account Rs.551.50 has been deducted regarding "Consolidated Charges for A/c" with out any prior information and i have lost my debit card i have applied for it before 4months so that i have not using this account bcoz of the bad service, which i didnt expect from axisbank and the mistake is with them u can also verify my account transactions and i want the money back which is deducted by them
