AXIS BANK - Very Bad customer service

Last week (28-12) i have recharged my mobile for Rs 50 through net banking (Axis Bank). My amount was debited from my bank account, but it was not credited as a top up for my mobile. I made a call to the airtel customer care representative and she told like, amount will get credited back to my account within 48 hrs (ie :2 days). After 2 days of time, i made a call to the airtel customer care for asking my issue, they told like, they didnt get any amount credited from my account. So they asked to check with the bank which i have transferred. On the moment, i sent a email to axis bank saying the same. But they didn't respond my request at any cost, i was really fed up with customer service which axis bank is providing.
