Axis Bank- Worst Bank to deal with

I don't have words to describe my agony against the most unprofessional bank I have dealt with in my lifetime, AXIS BANK. I would suggest everyone to read my comments in this complaint and refrain from keeping any relation with this disgusting bank.

I had bought a property in Greater Noida and within few days I started getting calls from various banks and among most frequent callers was an executive from Axis Bank. I had submitted my document in Sep in Noida sector 18 branch and it took them one long month to send me the sanction letter after so many reminders [PH-LNPHG_FLOATING I 651144 / RAC. NOIDA RAC I 11 .12]. Processing fee is also taken out of my account 3 months back, 25th Oct and till date amount is not disbursed.

I have come across some really unprofessional and insensitive employee's from the DSA, Victorious Service which manages Axis Bank account, names are listed below:

1. Sarita

2. Rajiv

3. Pankaj [Seems he is a CEO and does not responds at all, no matter how many times you chase]

4. Sharad Saxena

5. Sanjeev Srivastava [Who supposedly is the boss but not approachable]

I am receiving multiple reminders from the builder regarding payment with penalty however there is not a even a single response from Axis Bank and I am stuck with this Bank since they have wasted 5 months with processing fee already paid.

I am demanding a serious action against this bank.
