Unauthorised Debit by Axis Bank

I am banking with Axis Bank, Satna (M.P.) with Account No. 202010100119962. Last march bank debited Rs.1500/- ST without any intimation. After enquiry they informed that due to non-maintaining minimum balance action has been taken. Sir, the a/c was opened under special scheme by bank providing Smart Priviledge Facility to the normal A/c applicant. But the same was converted into normal Smart Privildge Account with minimum Balance restriction of Rs.5000/- without any intimation. I applied to the bank in consultation of the Bank Manager to convert the account into normal A/c with minimum Balance restriction (quarterly) Rs.2500/-.

Again on 25.09. bank has debited Rs.2150/- ST with the same reason although I have applied for normal saving a/c with minimum balance of Rs. 2500/-. But now the bank says I have no such account where minimum balance is Rs.2500/- and the deduction of amount from my hard earned money in the bank's custody without intimation (neither written nor telephonic) is right.

Please do the justice and instruct bank to stop such unjustified/unauthorised practice.
