Sub: Non receipt of Bill - Credit Card number: 4718610002973155.

Though i received a sms pertaining to the generation of my credit card bill with a due date of 30th April I am yet to receive the physical statement at my registered residence address.

In good faith, i have already deposited by payment cheque in the Shivaji Park Branch on 28th April.

Please ensure regular dispatches of Credit Card Bills in time for TIMLEY PAYMENTS.

Failing which i would not be responsible for any late fees payment.
