Hi,

My name is Setu Bhatt and and I have opted for AXIS Bank (UTI iBank formerly) about an year ago. I have purchased credit card by accepting toal annual fee of Rs. 1500 despite of other companies is giving for free for liftime. This is due to the offer for free Return Air Tickets for two.

After I received credit card I purchase Laptop and I paid back however due to less information I didn't receive any detailed information on How to claim free tickets.

I tried calling to customer care no. howvere AXIS Bank didn't had it working the Custome care centre. I called them atlead 100 times and finaly I wrote few emails to them.

I lost my offer in meantime and I decided not to pay Rs. 1500 as they even didn't give me my offere back.

It has now turned into Rs. 7600 Apprx outsatnding and they keep calling me for this amout.

Also they have withdrawn Rs 700 from my account (I had an account with AXIS Bank). Now I do not want to pay a single Rs. as I already pais them enough for nothing.

Please help.
