I had recently taken a home on dated 30-03 (Registration Date) but till todate i had not receive the EMI break up details and i had not received Dubilicate copy of my Registration form. I had very fustrated of your services. For this HL sanction i submit my all documents on End of Jan but it was sanctioned on End of Mar. At the time of registration your banking person told me that Duplicate copy of Registration form will be handed over on 1-Apr but till todate i had not received. And i want montly break up structure of Home Loan to enter in my FORM-B. I am doing phone to your related banking person from 09-Apr, till to date i had not received. I feeling very bad regarding your service. I had a one more HL account in IDBI and their service is very smooth compared to your service. So, see how much i fustrated regarding your service because in these busy life i am sending mail around 10 lines means see how i suffering.
