I am complaining about deficiencies in timely disbursing loan sanctioned to me by RAC Axis Bank 46, Asaf Ali Road, Delhi, thereby making me lose approx Rs 36, 000/- in that: -

I was sanctioned a loan of Rs 30 Lakh by Regional Asset Centre (RAC), Delhi, a branch of Axis Bank vide their letter No AXIS/09/HL/19836 dated 08 Aug for purchase of a flat offered by BPTP Builders in Park Serene Sect 37D Gurgaon. My loan Acct No is PH12601001896 and customer ID is 245327346. First two installments were serviced by RAC in time but disbursement of third installment was delayed inspite of repeated reminders to all concerned well in time. The builder BPTP had offered a concession of 10% on Basic Sale Price (BSP) for all those who made timely payments. For third installment a cut off date of 05 Apr was kept. On 19 Mar I had made awritten request to RAC Delhi to service my loan on or before 05 Apr in order to enable me to earn concession offered by the builder. It was promised to me by Mr Manish Kalla of the RAC, Delhi that the loan will be serviced in time. Thereafter I kept reminding him and the RAC Head, Mr Nalin Tuli, to service my loan. But due to sheer lethargy on the part of Axis Bank employees the loan did not get serviced by 05 Apr and I lost the incentive amount of Rs 36000/-.

I want the Axis Bank to pay me the incentive amount of Rs 36000/ which I lost
