i got home loan from axis bank for the amount of 25, 00, 000. after got the sanctioned letter, they released two part payment respectively, 10, 00, 000, and 9, 00, 000. and then two weeks back, they called me and said your builder applied for final payment and will release the payment if the 95% work completed. i said some of pending work is there and dropped mail stating that, kindly release third payment and wait until my confirmation for final payment. but they released final payment without my confirmation. so please advice where can i register my complient against this.
