I am surprised at the customer service provided by you Bank. I have been desperately calling your officials for the improper lien attached to my account when the loan was foreclosed on 21st April itself. I received a call on 6th May that I need to pay a balance of 447 which was also paid within two hours of your request by a net transfer. However, despite the due diligence shown by me in honouring your orders, I find that the bank went ahead and placed a lien on my account. I came from travel on 15th May and have been calling the TNagar office and no one is responsibily answering. I fail to understand how an organization like yours do not have a Business continuity plan and servers are always down.

Since I have been put into mental agony and pain in the last few days, If I do not get a apology mail and NOC that the loan has been closed and lien removed by 5 pm today evening, I will be approaching the Reserve Bank of India and Indian Consumer Complaints for resolution. I am sending a copy of this letter by registered post to them.
