Iam facing CIBIL problem because of Axis bank Personal Loan. I had availed two loans bearing A/c #082010600036333 & 008010600051907. Both the loans has been closed by paying full amount but CIBIL report says current Balance of Rs. 55642 and Rs 42, 771 respectively.
1 I called up Axis bank customer care and they had given me 4 numbers of chennai Personal Loan department and asked me to write mail to [email protected], [email protected]
2. I had tried to call them many times for many days and response is nil
3. After wring many mail also no one responded
Please let me out in fixing this issue
