Not able to Assist

Hi,

My Name is Sandeep Khungar, im a student in England.

I have a AXIS Bank GBP Travel Card with me, i lost my PIN on 16/12 for my card. First i contacted my local branch to reissue it, but they told me to contact customer care. I contacted customer care and they further forwarded me to the mail department.

I sent first mail from d bank on 18/12 saying i will get my New PIN 48 hrs, but unforunatelly til today 28/12 thier 48 hrs has not completed, i hav contacted customer care almost 100 times, but thry always come up silly appologies nothing else, mail department is not replying me, customer care executives dont know anything about it, branch people dont want to take any headache..

Today its 13th day im trying to get my PIN, im begging them but no one is listening to me, i hav almost spent 200 Pounds on calls to customer care.

Its such a pathetic experience n im feeling like crying on my situation.

This experience has made me not to bank anymore with AXIS Bank, and i have already suggested my two freids to get HDFC Travel card, n said a strict NO to AXIS.

If sharing my complaint here will help me to get my new PIN then i shall be very greatfull..
